#nationalcreamteaday

Save the date, 28th of June 2024

This year, in the absence of the many events that would have taken place this summer, National Cream Tea Day is helping everyone to come together virtually through the power of social media.

By following the day online and joining the conversation on Facebook and Instagram, followers can post their photos of their home-made cream teas with loved ones, helping create the ultimate feel-good online occasion. To make giving to a worthy cause even easier, the society have created a donations page on their website, so participants can select one of charities the organisation has worked with.

Caring enough to do the right thing

Rodda’s Clotted Cream and Wilkin & Sons Tiptree founded the Cream Tea Society back in 2015, as a way of providing jam and cream portions to event organisers to raise money for charity. To date both organisations have helped to raise more than £500,000 across the year through their donations of jam and clotted cream portions to charitable organisatons.
